Innovative Earth Observation Solutions Wanted!
Apply to the Copernicus Accelerator 2019
The Copernicus Accelerator invites 50 of Europe’s boldest innovators and start-ups to develop their commercial earth observation solutions during their 12-month acceleration programme. Join the growing community of Copernicus innovators, and take advantage of a comprehensive programme instrumental mentors, invaluable bootcamps and insightful virtual trainings. Experience the supportive and inclusive environment needed to thrive.
The programme includes two bootcamps held at the beginning and end of the programme at different industry-focused events around Europe. The first bootcamp kicks off the mentoring relationship, setting the foundation for the next 12 months. Throughout the programme, participants receive one-on-one guidance from their mentors and have access to monthly virtual training sessions, enabling them to feel inspired, challenged and on-track every step of the way. The second and final bootcamp rounds off the programme, providing participants with the chance to promote their achievements, reflect on key take-ways and solidify professional connections.
Love the idea of creating with Copernicus data? All Earth observation applications, products and services in the early stages of their development are welcome to apply.
To be eligible, applicants must meet both of the following conditions:
- Reside or have a company registered in a Copernicus participating country (EU, Norway or Iceland).
- Currently or intend to use Copernicus data
When an application is accepted, participants will design a personalised acceleration plan with the expert mentor of their choice. Training programmes executed throughout the 12 months will keep participants focused and inspired as they innovate their way to success.
The Copernicus Accelerator is a part of a larger start-up programme! The Copernicus Start-up Programme was created to take passionate innovators (that’s you!) through the entire start-up process from idea generation to commercialisation using Copernicus data or information.
