Maritime ISR Summit, be taking place in Rome, Italy from 25 – 27th September 2018, will focus on how naval forces can fully leverage and integrate their ISR assets and information networks to assure situational awareness, freedom of manoeuvre, and decision-making advantage in a joint and combined environment during peace, crisis and combat. The agenda will address the range of global phenomena and threats transforming the maritime environment today – rapid technological advances and proliferation, increasing criminality and terrorism, climate change, great power competition, cyber vulnerabilities – and ask how these will ultimately change the nature and employment of allied ISR assets tomorrow – from the seafloor to cyberspace.
