When developing an idea into a business model, there are many things to keep in mind – it is all too easy to get bogged down and lose sight of the essentials. With the tool ‘Business Model Canvas’, business models can be developed and presented in a clear and structured way. In this workshop, Walter Steinhauer & Mücahit Celik explain the structure of the Business Model Canvas and show you how the fields and key factors are meaningfully related.

Who is the workshop for? : This workshop is intended to help those interested in the Startup Weekend Bremen SPACE (Nov 1-3). You do not have to have a ticket for Startup Weekend Bremen SPACE or buy one to attend the workshop. You can also participate in the Startup Weekend Bremen without having participated in this workshop. The workshop is open to anyone interested in the topic.
